Our Return Policy

1- The Trademart returns and exchanges policy clarifies the position Trademart holds concerning any and all refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Only those products will replace or exchange which are ordered from Trademart if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect
  • the buyer received the product in damaged condition
  • if the product package seal was opened prior to the buyer receiving the product
  • in case the product has undergone damage (as scratches) before the buyer received the product

In case a buyer wants to return or exchange a product purchased from Trademart they should call our helpline (0331-553-3933) or simply email us at customer@trademart.pk so our quality assurance team can carefully investigate, evaluate and assess the buyer’s claim and proceed in an ethical manner to accommodate the buyer as much as possible.

Note: Buyers must make sure that they communicate their claims, disputes, or concerns regarding the product purchased within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the product for a speedy response and resolution of the buyer’s concerns regarding the product they have purchased. However, the final decision will be taken after a careful inspection of the situation by the Trademart team.

2- Trademart will not be held liable or responsible to exchange or return any product as well as refund payment for any product purchased through Trademart in the case the buyer does not like the product but it is accurately presented and described in the product catalog, product page, and product description.

Buyers are advised to make sure that they accurately place the correct order for the product they intend to purchase.

However, Trademart will aid buyers in exchanging or replacing an order according to the buyer’s preference.

3- Refunds will only be entertained if Trademart is unable to deliver the product purchased by the buyer to the buyer in the stated time frame (3 to 5 working days) excluding curfew hours, government shutdowns, or an unexpected “Act of God”.

In case a buyer receives a product that:

  • does not match the product image or product description presented in the product catalog or product page.
  • does not meet the specifications mentioned in the product description
  • is a replica of the product the buyer ordered

Then the buyer is under no obligation to keep the product and can contact Trademart to exchange or replace the product or receive a refund after the mutual consent of Trademart and the buyer.

4- According to Trademart policy, a buyer can cancel their order at any time prior to the order being dispatched.

In case the order has been dispatched, then the buyer will have to pay the shipment charges to return the product to the vendor or LeyJao.pk, and then and only then will their order be canceled.

Buyers can return products in case they do not match the product they ordered but our quality assurance team will carefully and ethically examine the buyer’s query and respond within 5 to 10 working days.

Issuance of Refunds

If your product or items is eligible for a refund, both the shipping fee and the amount paid for the returned product are refunded. Simply choose your desired return option from the table below.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund option you choose. Once the quality inspection is done, the refund process begins. (For more information on timelines, see the table below.)

Modes of Refund

Description

Trademart Wallet

To access the refund amount, you must first activate your Trademart Wallet. From the Trademart Wallet, refunds can also be withdrawn to a bank account. All orders paid by COD, Easypaisa, or JazzCash Account will only be refunded to the Trademart Wallet.

Refund Voucher

Vouchers will be emailed to the customer's Trademart-registered email address and may only be redeemed with that email address.

Credit Card or Debit Card

Please contact your personal bank if the returned money does not appear on your card statement after the refund is processed and you have received a notification from Trademart.

Easypaisa Account

If the refunded amount does not appear in your Easypaisa account after the refund has been processed. To call the Easypaisa help center, dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other phone.

Bank Deposit

The submitted bank account information must be correct, and the account must be active and have a balance. Refunds cannot be made for Basic Bank Account (BBA), National Bank, or Khyber Bank account data. To refund the amount, you'll need an IBAN number.

 

Important Note: The discount code for the voucher can only be used once. Even if the order value is less than the voucher value, the remaining cash will not be returned or used for a future purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. When do you process a Refund?

In most cases, refunds are initiated in the following scenarios:

  • When a Customer, vendor/Seller, or Trademart cancels a Prepaid Order before it is delivered (Please read our Cancellation Policy)
  • If our courier partners are unable to deliver the order, we will refund your money.
  • If you desire to return the item, please see our Return Policy. 

 

2. How will I get my refund?

The amount you paid for the purchase will be credited to your Trademart Registered Account as Store Credit in the form of Trade Bucks. These Trade Bucks can be used to buy anything on Trademart, or they can be refunded to you. The Trade Bucks will be returned back to your original mode of payment upon request, and if you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), the amount will be deposited to your Bank Account, the details of which will be taken during the refund process.

 

3How long does it take to process a Refund?

The amount of a refund is determined by the method of payment. Please see the following list:

  • 1 – 2 Business days for Trade Bucks
  • 3 - 4 Business days for Net banking
  • 7 - 9 Business days for Debit card
  • 10 - 15 Business days for Credit card
  • 7 - 9 Working Days for Wallets

If you have any questions or have not received your refund within the time frame specified, please contact your bank's customer service number to inquire about the status of your transaction.

 

4. How long does it take to initiate a Refund?

We initiate refunds for some orders within two working days of receiving the product at our end. In other circumstances, we begin the refund process after the seller receives the returned product. We keep you updated on the timelines in this case. 

 

5. When does a Refund get declined?

If the products received by us do not match your claim or the Order ID is missing from the delivery, a refund may be denied.

 

6. How do you process a refund for an order, purchased using a Gift Card?

Refunds in the form of Trade Bucks will be refunded to your Trademart Registered Account if an order is placed with a Gift Card. 

 

7. How can I track the status of my Refund?

Within 24 hours of initiation, a refund in the form of Trade Bucks is credited. However, in rare circumstances, it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund amount to appear in your account after the request for Trade Bucks transfer has been initiated. 

 

 8. Will my shipping charges be refunded if I ship the product?

Trademart will pay the courier fees in the form of TradeBucks in the case of Self-Shipment.
