This "Super" version of our standard Dovetail Conveyor offers a wide variety of options and conveniences over the standard model. This dovetail offers an easy adjustment for the angle setting, along with a very easy to use frequency control drive. Other options include plastic link belting with rubber flights starting at ½, and spray bar options with catch pans for pre-cleaning and sanitizing. This incline conveyor is also equipped with easy clean access points, to reach the back side of the belt, and a specially designed metering hopper to provide an even flow of product through your entire line, while preventing it from rubbing the sides of the conveyor.
