This "Super" version of our standard Dovetail Conveyor offers a wide variety of options and conveniences over the standard model. This dovetail offers an easy adjustment for the angle setting, along with a very easy to use frequency control drive. Other options include plastic link belting with rubber flights starting at ½, and spray bar options with catch pans for pre-cleaning and sanitizing.
The Double Belt Labeling conveyor is designed for multiple label applications. You can use it to apply as many as three labels or safety tape to the top, and one label to the bottom of each clamshell. Any double head label system allows for seamless label application by enabling you to change expired rolls of labels without shutting down your entire line. This increases efficiency and throughput by eliminating down time.
The Transfer Conveyor is a staple conveyor for all of our weigh and fill machines. The Transfer conveyor allows you to take the product from a low packing height, and elevate it to a comfortable pack out height. It is also commonly used as a labeling conveyor as it is pre-engineered for easy label head mounting, and its non-slip belting and accurate speed control drive.
The Split Rail Labeling conveyor's open design enables you access to the bottom of your clamshells for labeling and inkjet application. With the band belt design, this simple conveyor is easy to operate, and convenient to maintain.
Customers with the A&B Curved Pack out conveyors have been able to combine multiple packing lines onto a single pack out system. Doing this, allows you to centralize and downsize your workforce, saving you money on labor.
The A&B -Z- Conveyors have been specially designed with gentleness and adjustability in mind. With the "U-troughed" design, this conveyor prevents product rub, and with the dovetailed end, it also greatly reduces drop. We offer a variety of size combinations to meet your specific needs. We offer 3- and 4- bases to accommodate single cleaning lines, and 12- bases to collect off of two cleaning lines. Our upper sections- angle is fully adjustable, and comes in 5, 6 and 8 lengths to reach into a variety of packing machines. The A&B -Z- Conveyors are also available with the state-of-the-art "New Wave Belt" for added gentleness and increased performance.
