Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

  1. Trademart only replaces or exchanges those products which are purchased from our registered sellers /vendors by using the Trademart platform.
  2. Return and exchange products must include the original price tags, packaging slip, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  3. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  4. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of trademart packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached.
  5. Buyer can ask for a product exchange or replacement if, he/she finds product packing seal was broken or tempered during delivery.
  6. Buyer can ask for a product exchange or return if, he/she discovers that product was damaged (e.g., scratches) before it was delivered to him.
  7. If the buyer found any manufacturing defect then he/she has a right to ask for replacement or exchange within 7 days, starting from the day of delivery.
  8. Order Replacement can be done in following cases: 
    • Wrong Size/ Color/ Style/ Quantity 
    • Missing Parts/ Accessories/Empty Packages 
    • Defective/ Damaged (if not under Manufacturer's Warranty*) 
    • Not as per description

Please Note: 

  • To avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process, it’s important to include the order number and return tracking number on your return package.
  • If your return request is denied, it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days. If you do not obtain the item after three attempts, it will be scrapped.

 

How to Return Product on Trademart

We consistently work towards the protection of our customer's interests. Hence, we offer you an easy and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.

  1. Login to your Trademart Account, select Orders.
  2. Select the order that you wish to return and click on the Request a replacement or a refund.
  3. Select the Return Items.
  4. Fill the Return Form and select the reason for return.
  5. Click on the return button.

Return Policy:

1- The Trademart returns and exchanges policy clarifies the position Trademart holds concerning any and all refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Only those products will replace or exchange which are ordered from Trademart if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect
  • the buyer received the product in damaged condition
  • if the product package seal was opened prior to the buyer receiving the product
  • in case the product has undergone damage (as scratches) before the buyer received the product

In case a buyer wants to return or exchange a product purchased from Trademart they should call our helpline (0331-553-3933) or simply email us at customer@trademart.pk so our quality assurance team can carefully investigate, evaluate and assess the buyer’s claim and proceed in an ethical manner to accommodate the buyer as much as possible.

Note: Buyers must make sure that they communicate their claims, disputes, or concerns regarding the product purchased within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the product for a speedy response and resolution of the buyer’s concerns regarding the product they have purchased. However, the final decision will be taken after a careful inspection of the situation by the Trademart team.

2- Trademart will not be held liable or responsible to exchange or return any product as well as refund payment for any product purchased through Trademart in the case the buyer does not like the product but it is accurately presented and described in the product catalog, product page, and product description.

Buyers are advised to make sure that they accurately place the correct order for the product they intend to purchase.

However, Trademart will aid buyers in exchanging or replacing an order according to the buyer’s preference.

3- Refunds will only be entertained if Trademart is unable to deliver the product purchased by the buyer to the buyer in the stated time frame (3 to 5 working days) excluding curfew hours, government shutdowns, or an unexpected “Act of God”.

In case a buyer receives a product that:

  • does not match the product image or product description presented in the product catalog or product page.
  • does not meet the specifications mentioned in the product description
  • is a replica of the product the buyer ordered

Then the buyer is under no obligation to keep the product and can contact Trademart to exchange or replace the product or receive a refund after the mutual consent of Trademart and the buyer.

4- According to Trademart policy, a buyer can cancel their order at any time prior to the order being dispatched.

In case the order has been dispatched, then the buyer will have to pay the shipment charges to return the product to the vendor or LeyJao.pk, and then and only then will their order be canceled.

Buyers can return products in case they do not match the product they ordered but our quality assurance team will carefully and ethically examine the buyer’s query and respond within 5 to 10 working days.

Our return and refund policy are described above. According to Pakistan law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
